Welcome to The Denim Bar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
- Colors and details may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display settings.

4. Pricing and Payment

- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging the corrected amount.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our approved payment processors.
- Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

- Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout and are estimates only.
- Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
- Once a package is handed off to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, The Denim Bar is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit — including packages marked "delivered" by the carrier.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled according to our separate Return Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined there.

8. Gift Cards

- Gift cards sold through the Site are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
- Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards or gift card codes.
- Gift cards do not expire unless required by applicable law.

9. Account Information
