A tiered lace maxi in black, with a smooth waistband, a lined upper tier through the hip and sheer lace from mid-thigh down. Each tier is edged in a narrow ruffle, so the skirt moves rather than hangs.
Elastic waist, pull-on. At 39 inches it skims the floor with a heel. We love it with an oversized sweater on top so the lace does the work.
